Job Summary:

 The primary function of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to serve as the liaison between the client, sales representative, and internal manufacturing personnel. The CSR interprets client requirements and converts client needs into meaningful specifications used by internal manufacturing   personnel to produce the requested product. The CSR ensures that complete, accurate, and timely information is provided to all departments.

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (Sheetfed / Digital print industry preferred)
  • High school degree or equivalent professional experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A Passion for helping and responding to Customers.
  • Ability to interpret customer requests, understand company capabilities and limitations, and communicate in detail the customer’s expectations
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to operate a wide range of finishing equipment: folders, saddle stitchers, cutting systems and small finishing equipment. The operator will be expected to set up jobs according to the job specifications and maintain established production standards. This is a production job requiring the operator to stand for eight or more hours a day. The ideal candidate has experience operating bindery equipment, is detail orientated and has a strong mechanical aptitude.

Duties, Responsibilities & Abilities:

Interpret and follow direction from work ticket

Ability to set up and operate:  Stahl folders and Polar cutters. Stitching and Perfect Binding experience is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Ability to work well in a team environment

Ability to Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, lift 10 pounds repeatedly and push or pull skids of product using a manual pallet jack.

Skills & Educational Requirements:

Prior commercial print shop experience

High School education or equivalent professional experience

Ability to read a ruler and apply basic math skills

The primary function of this role is to accurately and efficiently ship product to our customers while processing shipments through our shipping systems. This entails choosing the proper packaging for designated shipping methods, preparing skids for shipment and occasionally delivering jobs to various locations around green Bay.  This is a production job requiring the operator to stand for eight or more hours a day. The ideal candidate has experience using shipping software, operating forklifts, using skid wrappers and driving a straight truck.

Duties & Abilities:

Ability to Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, lift 10 pounds repeatedly

Push or pull skids of product using a manual pallet jack.

Read and understand the production job ticket, shipping lists and follow oral and written instructions.

Run forklifts, and electric pallet jacks

Count and fill orders accurately

General knowledge of shipping carriers and services

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Works well independently as well as in a team environment

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Minimum one-year experience in shipping/Delivery Driver

Must have good keyboard and computer skills

Prior commercial print shop experience

Good driving record

High School education or equivalent professional experience

Ability to read a ruler and apply basic math skills
